February - dates, please
It looks as though our get-together will have to be in February, so it would be good if we could start sorting out a date before everyone gets booked up (I'm beginning to feel like that bossy girl at school who always wanted to be blackboard monitor). Matt - would you like to have the first say? Do you have any preferences/no-gos for February?

Very happy for you to be blackboard monitor, Frances!
11/12th Feb not great for me, otherwise looking pretty clear.
The week begining the 22nd of Feb not great for me as I'm in France. But that probably means it's easier to ignore me as I'm not here for 25% of the month.
But Alis, that means you are here for 75% of the month! your holiday simply helps narrow down the available dates.
Tim, you're too kind.. thank you!
Hi guys
I can do week beginning 15th Feb. The first week isn't good for me and Tim can't do 11th/12th, and Alis is no good for week commencing 22nd. So can everyone else do one day between 15th and 19th?
At the moment that entire week is clear for me. I could do lunchtime or evening depending on consensus.
Yes, I can do that week.
Me too.
I can do any day except the Thursday.

16th or 17th then? Mondays tend to be bad, and Fridays busy.
I might be about on that Monday (sorry Frances!). Not wholly sure yet but fairly likely. It would be mice to meet up if I was over and it suited everyone.
Monday then? It would be great to have Brian.
Monday 15th February sounds good to me.
It's in my diary.

Likewise. Not sure if we are talking about lunch or dinner, but can do either.
Monday 15th is in my diary too. If it's lunch I can get to London around 2pm, but I can do the evening as well...
We seem to have a date, but now we need to agree a time. Any thoughts? If lunch is too early, and dinner too late, we could perhaps have a posh tea somewhere...? and when the sun goes down over the yardarm, a quick drink to see us on our way? What does anyone else think?
I love the idea of 'posh tea' Frances - and the drink after the yardarm would also be nice! But I'm up for the evening, too, if that's more feasible for others.
