Well said, Ciara, Alis, and Aliya. I can only imagine how inspiring this is for new writers. Heck, I'm inspired. Tim, you're up next.
Gosh, I can't tell you just how great it is to read these interviews. Partly its because I've met some of you, partly its because we are in some respects in the same boat, but mostly because each of you has said something that really made me think about myself as a writer.
