Fantastic!

The Edgars are the real deal. (I love "Felony and Mayhem Press" too).

I'm surprised and delighted that Len's very British humour translates to the US so smoothly.

Welcome to America!

Congratulations, Len. I agree with Tim. The Edgars are the real deal. So what's next? Are you coming to New York for the awards dinner in April?

Let us know what the plans are so we can cheer for you.

Gosh, you lot are on the ball. I've only just heard myself. Thanks, Aliya for spotting and posting this. Thank you all for your good wishes. Yes, I'm pretty chuffed - for a crime writer the Edgars are as good as it gets. A nomination is an enormous honour and this one was completely unexpected. Anyway, it's good to have added another award nomination to MNW's growing list. Coincidentally, Frances, I got an email from the (ex) day job today, and so for once was able to answer the question "how is the writing going?" I'm not sure yet whether I shall be packing the black tie and heading over to New York for the awards banquet, but it's a tempting idea!

Hey, congrats. That's a good list of titles to be a part of, too.

Many thanks once again for your good wishes. Ryan, yes, I agree, good company to be in. Between now and the end of April is a long time for everyone to keep their fingers crossed, but I'm going to need all the help I can get!
